• Access credentials are sent to the registered email address
• Course access is activated immediately upon payment verification

• Test series: Available on our online platform
• Video content: Streaming access provided
• Downloads: Where applicable, available in PDF format

3. Exchange Policy

3.1 Digital Content

• Digital content cannot be exchanged once accessed
• Course upgrades are available (additional fees apply)
• Downgrades are not permitted
