Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At Carnot Education LLP, we strive to provide the best JEE preparation services. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before enrolling.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Student-Initiated Cancellation
- Students may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@jeecarnot.com
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email
- Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle
- Access to services will continue until the end of the current paid period
2.2 Carnot-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel services if:
- Terms and Conditions are violated
- Sharing of proprietary materials with third parties
- Non-payment of fees
- Any fraudulent activity is detected
3. Refund Policy
3.1 General Refund Terms
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, fees once submitted are non-refundable. This policy applies to all courses and services.
3.2 Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Technical errors resulting in duplicate payments
- Services not activated within 48 hours of payment
- Medical emergencies (with valid documentation)
3.3 Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
- Submit request to hello@jeecarnot.com with payment details
- Allow 7-10 business days for review
- Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
4. Autopay/Recurring Payment Cancellation
For autopay mandates:
- Cancel at least 3 days before the next billing date
- Email cancellation request to hello@jeecarnot.com
- You will receive confirmation within 24 hours
- Continue to have access until the current billing period ends
